Concrete Floors - Epoxy Coatings

The Concrete Floors – Epoxy Coating Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) outlines the main hazards and risks associated with the preparation and painting of concrete floors and surfaces with 2 pack epoxy, polyurethane and solvent-based floor coatings and paints including use of plant, electrical hazards, hazardous manual tasks, exposure to hazardous chemicals, harmful dust and noise hazards, and slip and trip hazards. The SWMS provides details of the health and safety precautions (including protective clothing and PPE) required for the preparation and painting of concrete floor surfaces.
